Services for Trade Associations

From construction to jewellery and giftware, from the music industry to mining, oil and gas or local Chambers of Commerce: we can help any Trade Association organise every aspect of transporting its members materials to and from International events and Trade Missions.

Instead of having to co-ordinate every exhibitor yourself, we offer a single point of contact: you only need to speak to us. We will organise the entire group's logistical needs, from collection and transport by air, road or sea to customs clearance, delivery to the stand.

We will store all the empty packing materials during the event, and speak to each exhibitor before the close of event to take individual disposal or return instructions. After the event, we can arrange for goods to be stored, returned to the UK or forwarded to another event.

We supply all your exhibitors with comprehensive shipping instructions, and attend pre-exhibition briefings before the event. We can also advise on how to dispose of equipment after the event, as well as arranging to transport the materials back to origin, or on to another event anywhere in the world.

Of course, we look after you too, transporting your Association's own freight and publicity material along with the exhibitors'.  We also have our own staff on-site to make sure everything reaches the stand in line with the organiser's schedule, and to look after your needs during the event.
