Services for Exhibitors

The logistics of getting exhibition goods (the stand and/or goods to go on the stand) from your own premises to an event can be complex and often confusing, especially for International events. We should know: we have specialised in this field since 1995, and have arranged transportation for exhibitions and live events all over the world.

Choose Show Carriage, and everything is under expert control. We will arrange to collect your goods from your premises, and you do not need to think about them again until you see them on your stand - wherever that may be in the world.

Wherever your goods are going in the world, we will arrange to transport your materials safely and securely by air, sea or road. The more difficult the location, the more we excel. However, we have very robust and reliable services to every continent.  

We can help with import and export documentation, customs clearance and overseas storage. We will have staff on-site at the event to make sure everything arrives and is unloaded on time and placed on your stand.

We will store your empty cases and packaging during the event, and just before the end of the exhibition we will take your instructions regarding the disposal or return of your material.  We then re-deliver your empty cases at the close of the exhibition as quickly as possible.  This will allow you to get packed up promptly whilst liaising with Show Carriage to take your goods wherever they need to go next: back to your premises, into local storage or to another event elsewhere in the world.
